Great education, safe and healthy environment, prestigious reputations - what else can VISAA schools do to attract wrestlers?
Can they offer grants or "scholarship" awards to student-wrestlers?
I can appreciate the primary purpose of a learning- centered institution is education, but can they help build a strong wrestling program at the same time?
St. Christopher's seems to do it, Woodberry Forest has done it in the past.
Thoughts? Feedback?

Well, it would seem if you have all the above mentioned things to offer, highlighted by a great education, you would not need to "recruit", but rather you would attract. I think there is a difference.
To answer your question - do schools recruit? Not touching it!

These schools are typically very expensive but financial aid is available for some needy applicants. Meanwhile, vouchers' availability could help students defray costs: www.cato.org/school-choiceFor that matter, vouchers' availability could incentivize the creation of wrestling magnet schools. **** Noted, adjusted, appreciated.****
Agreed. I don't think people realize that financial aid is available and how it can make a life-changing opportunity possible. '
