St. Christopher's has built the best wrestling program in VISAA and one of the best in the state of VA. Now the question - how?

Is it the quality of the coaching?
Do they excel at recruiting wrestlers?
Is it a matter of success attracting success?

What are your thoughts?

I don't have any first-hand knowledge, but my assumption would be that they have done it the easy way: established middle school and JV programs, high quality coaching, great facilities, strong support, year-round training and an "off season" club, excellent school/academics, and building an outstanding wrestling tradition that attracts, develops and retains good wrestlers. Everyone should do it!
